What is Data ?
Data means raw facts . It means anything we type on the keyboard. It can be a letter, number, special character etc. data may or may not have a meaning.
For example a,b,c,……………………………z
1,2,3………………………..9,
@, $, %, #, &, * etc.
What is Information ?
arranagement of data in an organized manner is called information. So when we arrange data to convey a meaning it becomes an infomation. Information must have a meaning.
For example, I am an Indian.
The above sentence is an information but each word like ‘i’, ‘am’, ‘an’, ‘Indian’ in the sentence is a data.
